Processing time

We verify orders before shipping out, including quantity and quality check and packaging. We will contact you by email if there is any problem. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service companies take an additional 1 to 3 days to process the orders. Please kindly note we process orders from Monday to Friday except holidays.

Shipping and delivery time

We ship our products from our warehouse located in Markham, Ontario, Canada by Canada Post or UPS. Orders normally will be delivered in 1 to 10 business days. It may take longer from time to time due to holidays and some other unexpected reasons.
